PARTNER/ CO-FOUNDER
Hien brings a unique foundation combining finance and architecture design. She was trained in finance at the George Washington University and the London School of Economics, and in architecture at University of California, Berkeley.
Having practised as a licensed architect at leading sustainable design firms in California, Hien brings a rare synthesis of design excellence and operational pragmatism. She ensures that every building is not only environmentally friendly but also high-performing, optimizing life-cycle costs and securing long-term investment value through superior operational efficiency.
To date, she has completed 11 sustainable buildings, including 4 LEED Platinum and 2 Net Zero Energy projects.
PARTNER/ CO-FOUNDER
James Young brings a rare combination of operational rigour and strategic breadth developed across nine countries. Having held senior hospitality leadership roles with IHG and WMC Group spanning Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia, and Australasia, he brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams, lead complex multi-unit operations, and deliver sustainable growth across both operational and corporate levels.
His drive for results through a focus on humanity and sustainability is shown in the award-winning hotels and teams he has developed, especially in Vietnam. James holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Bradford School of Management and a B.Sc. (Hons) in International Hospitality and Tourism. He is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Hospitality.
